The Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in South Africa to help us grow our footprint in the UK real estate and built environment sectors. This is a remote contractor position focused on outbound outreach, including cold emailing and calling, with the goal of setting up qualified meetings for our Account Managers.
We are particularly interested in individuals with a background in architecture, design or surveying, as our clients operate in the built environment.

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospects in the UK real estate industry (brokers, agents, landlords, developers, architects).
- Research leads and maintain an organized pipeline of outreach activity.
- Set up qualified sales meetings for Account Managers
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly high-quality meeting-set targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools (Salesforce).
- Work closely with the UK Sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and alignment.
- Act as a professional brand ambassador for Stak in written and verbal communication.
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales, telemarketing, or lead generation role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Background/studies in architecture/surveying/real estate/interior design is a plus.
- Experience selling into the UK, US or EMEA markets.
- Comfortable making a high volume of cold calls and emails daily.
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote and self-managed environment
